Refund Policy

 

Refunds in case of order cancellation:

Order Cancellation before dispatch: Refunds in case of pre-paid order cancelled before dispatch will be duly credited in the same account which was used to make the payment within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.

Order Cancellation after dispatch: Refunds in case of pre-paid order cancelled after dispatch will be made in the form of Credit Note which can be used within a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Credit note will be emailed to you, once your order is cancelled. 

Note: Shipping fees, COD charges and gift services (if any) are non refundable.

Refunds in case of order returns:

Refunds in case of order returns will be made in form of Credit Note which can be used on the website within a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Credit Note will be emailed to you once we have received your reverse shipment and it is verified for meeting all return requirements.
